Some builds aim to be clean.
Some aim to be fast.
And then there are builds like Huss’s S15…
built to be remembered.
From the moment you see it, this car isn’t trying to blend in. It’s a statement piece, driven by one goal:
“To be the most unique S15 in the world.”
The Identity
Huss’s 2001 Nissan 200SX Spec R, known as Sasha, didn’t start out this way.
After owning the car in stock form for two years, the turning point came when everything around him started to look the same.
“After I saw every S15 doing the same thing, I really wanted to be different and everyone to know my car.”
That decision shaped everything that followed.
The Wheels That Made It
There’s one thing almost everyone knows this car for.
The wheels.
A custom set, recognised across the JDM community not just for their fitment, but for their engraving, detail and creativity.
“The wheels.”
They’re not just a feature of the build, they are the identity of it.
Even when asked about the most expensive and favourite part of the car, the answer doesn’t change.
“The wheels.”
More Than Just Wheels
While the wheels may be what people notice first, there are other details that give the car its presence.
Including one of the most talked-about elements.
The number plate.
Known for its cheeky personality, it’s one of those small details that sticks with you just as much as the rest of the build.
The Build
The car sits somewhere between street, show and concept-level styling.
“If Nissan wanted to make a Nismo version, this could be the one.”
Engine / Setup
Standard bolt-ons
180kw (for now)
Drivetrain
CD00A gearbox
Suspension
MCA coilovers
Wheels
Custom Blitz 03
While the current setup is relatively simple, there’s more happening behind the scenes.
“The engine build that’s happening in the background.”
Interior
Inside, the build continues the same theme.
Different. Unmistakable. Personal.
Interior highlights include:
- Rolls Royce-style starlight headliner
- Custom interior finishes
- Custom steering wheel
“To be unique and go with the theme of the car.”
The attention to detail inside matches the statement being made outside.
The Meaning Behind It
For Huss, this build represents more than just a car.
“All my hard work and effort and my vision coming true.”
It’s the result of time, persistence, and a clear direction.
Not just modifying a car… but creating something recognisable.
The Challenges
Like any standout build, it hasn’t come easy.
“The wheels, big delays.”
And then there are the moments that test your patience.
“Pulling the gearbox in and out five times in a day.”
The kind of days every car builder knows too well.
Looking Back
If given the chance to start again, Huss would take a slightly different path.
“I would do a basic 260kw setup, not going all out.”
But that’s part of the process. Every build teaches you something.
The Future
Sasha is far from finished.
“Still evolving.”
With an engine build already underway, the next phase will take the car to another level.

After Dark Society
Huss’s S15 is exactly what After Dark Society stands for.
Cars that don’t follow trends.
Cars that make a statement.
Cars that people recognise instantly.
In a scene where many builds start to look the same, this one chose a different path.
And that’s exactly why it stands out.
