REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

After Dark Garage

1. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that products will be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

2. CHANGE OF MIND

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • No longer wanting the item

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once assessed, we will offer one of the following, in line with Australian Consumer Law:

  • Replacement (if available)

  • Refund

  • Store credit (where appropriate)

4. RETURNS PROCESS

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of approval

  • Items must be unused and in original condition where possible

  • You must use a tracked shipping service

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law

6. FINAL SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or sold during promotional discount periods are not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty or misdescribed.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been dispatched and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your parcel is lost or stolen:

  • We will assist by providing tracking details and carrier information

  • We are not responsible for parcels delivered to the address provided at checkout

We strongly recommend using secure delivery locations.

8. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

By placing an order, you agree to pay:

  • The full product price at checkout

  • Any applicable shipping fees

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, a refund will be issued where applicable.
